AEROTEK AVIATION ENGINEERING LIMITED
Company History
Aerotek started trading as an aircraft parts brokerage in 1994. The businesses' early success meant that its
natural progression was to utilise its staff's in-depth aviation engineering knowledge and experience, into Repair and Overhaul
of hydraulic components and landing gear.
By popular demand for our expertise, Aerotek focused on supporting the Commuter Regional aircraft business. This business
sector has allowed the company to grow consistently, even during the aviation world downturns in recent years. Aerotek is
highly regarded in the repair and overhaul landing gear business and exports 70% of its products worldwide to places diverse
as Canada, Australia, Sweden, Denmark, Porto Rico, Italy, Seychelles, USA and the Caribbean.
Aerotek has a good working relationship with Bombardier Shorts, through supporting the Belfast Company's product aircraft,
Skyvan, Shorts 330, 360 and the C23B. This has lead to Aerotek globally supporting these aircraft, in both militarily and civil
operations. Furthermore, it has resulted in Aerotek securing a lucrative ten year government contract to overhaul all landing
gears for these military aircraft.
Aerotek now repairs and overhauls landing gear for the Bombardier Dash 8, Fokker 27, 28, 50, 70, 100, Shorts 330, 360, C23B,
Embraer 110, 120, Twin Otter DHC 6, and is also focusing on the BAe 146 Avro RJ, Piaggio 180, and Boeing 737.
